Evan Oblonsky, M.D.
Dr. Oblonsky attended medical school at Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, Illinois. He then completed a Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. This was followed by a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology also at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Oblonsky is Board Certified Radiologist and fellowship trained Interventional Radiology. Dr. Oblonsky is the founder of The Premier Vein Center. He has given lectures on venous disease to peer groups and has been a training site for the Closure procedure, training other physicians on how to perform venous procedures. He was one of the first physicians in Illinois to perform the Closure procedure. He is on staff at Northwest Community hospital and is the Co-Director of the Interventional Radiology Department, who absolutely loves to spend time with his wife and this three children.
